Tai Chi

This class is offered by Will County Senior Services. The goal of this class is to improve balance to prevent falls, increase flexibility and reduce stress. Its slow, soothing movements incorporate deep breathing and relaxing postures that help calm the mind and body each time you go through gentle movements.
