Inspired by the Christkindlmarket in Nuremberg, Germany, the Christkindlmarket Aurora brings a cherished German and European tradition to Aurora. There are hand-blown ornaments, classic German goods, wooden handicrafts, and so much more. If you’re lucky, you’ll witness some crafters at work, then you can purchase their goods there on the spot. You absolutely have to sample the assortment of sweet and savory goods offered. Enjoy sausages, potato pancakes, Strudel and more, washed down with traditional hot spiced wine or German beer. Fee includes transportation only. Registration deadline is Friday, November 1.
