This is an interactive class between parent and child, where the child will develop physically and socially. During the class, parents will assist the child as they work through a circuit of gymnastic skills on equipment designed for their tiny bodies. Warm-up activities, balance, climbing, swinging and jumping are a few of the activities your little one will enjoy. The recommended program attire includes a leotard or t-shirt and shorts along with any long hair tied back. No gym shoes, jeans, jewelry, or tights.

For most young gymnasts, this is their first experience without supervision. The one hour class will follow a circuit format, while learning skills such as rolls, cartwheels, strength, and flexibility. Coaches are patient and will correct with positive reinforcement. The recommended program attire includes a leotard or t-shirt and shorts along with any long hair tied back. No gym shoes, jeans, jewelry, or tights.

Our coaches are patient and correct with positive reinforcement. The recommended program attire includes a leotard or t-shirt and shorts along with any long hair tied back. No gym shoes, jeans, jewelry, or tights.

This class will provide a comprehensive introduction to the sport, helping athletes develop level-appropriate skills such as cheers, dance, jumps, and motions. With a duration of 6 weeks and 55 minutes per class, our program is designed to ensure that each student not only learns but also has a blast. Our experienced coaches follow a lesson plan, guaranteeing an optimal learning experience for every participant. To conclude the session, during the last class, students will have the opportunity to highlight everything they have learned.
