Kids First Basketball

Ages 5-12
Lion’s Den Park
Let’s hoop it up! This basketball program focuses on fundamentals, game preparation and basketball games. Players will be taught new basketball skills and safety techniques to make them game ready. There will be skills contests, championship games and techniques taught on shooting, dribbling, passing, floor spacing, basketball safety awareness and sportsmanship/ This program also offers a skills contest and championship basketball game. Participants will be separated by age and ability during camp activities. 

Kids First Track & Field

Ages 5-12
Lion’s Den Park
Run with a smile! Excellent coaches will focus on teaching outdoor sprints, hurdles, jumps, running and throws in a safe and fundamental way. This program consists of body balance techniques, speed, quickness, and agility drills, producing a quicker, safer more powerful performer. A wide variety of timed events will take place during each session, concluding with an event championship series on the final day. Participants will be separated by age and ability during activities. 

Kids First T-Ball/Baseball

Ages 5-12

Baseball preparation: it’s a HIT! Kids First Baseball prepares and challenges all payers through fun competitive baseball drills to develop skills that will maximize player potential. Players will experience and learn batting, fielding, pitching, base running, and throwing through proven baseball techniques. Participants will be separated by age and ability during activities. 

Kids Girls Softball

Ages 7-12
Lion’s Den Park
Kids First Softball challenges all players through fun competitive drills and games that will maximize player potential. The program offers position training, battering techniques, body balance, throwing, fielding, first step directional movements, base running and sportsmanship. This program includes a softball skills competition in pitching, hitting, fielding, running, and a championship softball game. Participants will be separated by age and ability during the activities.
